Mitsuko Nagone grew up in Owase, a small southern city in Japan. She moved to Tokyo and studied photography at the College of Tokyo Visual Arts. In 2002, her work took part in an exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. She then moved to New York City to continue her studies at LaGuardia Community College. Her photographs appeared in the New York Passport and NYC Travel Guide magazines published in NYC and Tokyo.
Currently living in Nagoya and represented by La-vie Factory(Nagoya) as a wedding photographer. Photography remains a passion where she currently exhibits her personal work in area galleries.
